The list below shows the days and times of classes. All classes are mixed level and complete beginners are also welcome following a free short introduction prior to their first class (please call to arrange).
As all classes are currently fully subscribed, please email or text if you wish to be put on a waiting list for a specific class. You will then be contacted as soon as a space is available.

Daytime classes are streamed live on the Zoom app for those wishing to join the session from home. Prior arrangement is needed to join an evening class on zoom though.
Please call or email for log in and payment details (please note: previous Pilates experience required if you want to do the class via Zoom).
